Every student certainly needs briefing to develop abilities in the field of student leadership and managerial in an activity. This is what underlies the Student Resource Development Department (PSDM) to hold Organizational Management Training (PMO) to provide this understanding to all 2019 Electrical Engineering students.
The PMO activity with the theme "Creating students who have soft skills and hard skills in organizational management" will be held on Saturday and Sunday, October 16 and 17 2021 through a network with the Google Meet Video Conference. The purpose of holding PMO HMTE ITK 2021 is as a means to develop soft skills & hard skills for ITK Electrical students in organizational management, and as a forum to provide insight regarding things that need to be known in preparing event activities. Organizational Management Training Materials were provided by alumni from LKMM TM which had been organized by the ITK Student Family Managerial Body (BMJ) and ITK Electrical Engineering Student Association (HMTE) functionaries.
With the holding of the PMO program, the 2019 Electrical Engineering students felt very helpful and gained a lot of knowledge which of course will be useful for the future.
